Abbs baselib sync through bashlib

1. Merge manually.
2. Add a submodule ref to bashlib.
3. Move the things to bashlib and create a symlink for it. (So we can still test it in-tree)
   • ab-specific stuffs: make it bashlib/ab or generalize the func / names.
4. In autobuild/defines, depend on bashlib.
   • For git versions, manually copy the bashlibs used to $ABPF/lib.
