Plan cronjob for clear BLOCK_HTML

When i login the backend (CE 1.9.2.4) I always see BLOCK_HTML invalidated and manuel refresh the BLOCK_HTML.

Is it possible to create a job with scheduler to clean BLOCK_HTML from Magento cache every 10 min? If it's possible what do i need to config in Run model, Cron config path, Expression and Extras?
