Extension does not work at all

The extension does not work at all. I copied all files to my project and added the 1 to my local.xml as described. Profiling is enabled in the backend.

Result: Nothing shows.

It works with an old version of this extension which I have found here (http://fbrnc.net/blog/2012/08/magento-profiler#hello)

( remember to either set the cookie or change the trigger to always in var/aoe_profiler.xml depending on your needs )

Then:

You need to check System -> AOE profiler

This extension doesn't print anything on the pages but save the profiler data in the DB ... you can then access this data in the above page.

This module needs to use a modified Varien_Profiler. It tries to overwrite it within app/code/community/Varien/Profiler.php - if it does not work for you, temporary replace the file in lib/Varien/Profiler.php.
