Hi, I´ve got the same problem.

How to solve this:

Use the Micro-SD-Card an fomat as in the README told. Use FAT32 and 4096 Bytes!!! Then copy the DWN_SET to the SD-Card. Without Power put the SD-Card Chip-Side up in the bottom of the Display. Now power up. The update-procedure will take about 2 min (on my machine)
