New releases are missing

@punliu @ANYCUBIC-3D Photon Mono X came with a software version 2.1.23 while the latest release in this repo is 2.1.21. Please add all missing releases and keep them updated.

I came here to see if there was a later version than the one included on my printer. It turns out I had a later version than you did with my Photon Mono X. I forked this repo and added it as a release: https://github.com/tekmaven/PhotonWorkshop/releases/tag/2.1.24. The files are available there.

Please submit an issue to my fork to add additional releases if you come across them!!
