"Load app thumb" in "Thumbnail Loading" setting not disable

Settings "Load app thumb" in "Thumbnail Loading" cannot be disable.

Step to re-create:

1. Press “Settings”
2. Press “Thumbnail Loading”
3. Deselect three options:
   • “Load image thumb”
   • “Load album art”
   • “Load app thumb”
4. Close the program
5. Open the program
6. Press "Settings"
7. Press "Thumbnail Loading"

Result:

• "Load image thumb" and "Load album art" disabled
• "Load app thumb" enabled (this should be disable)

Run in

• Samsung Galaxy Note 4
• Samsung's stock ROM 4.4.4
