Push a batch of names when starting skelenox

The synchronization mechanism in skelenox pushes the already defined names one by one, which can take a long time for big samples.

Submitting a batch of names could be faster.

I created a pull request, as an attempt to submit a batch of names and comments instead of one by one: #192. It it still a bit long on the client side to gather all the elements, but it only sends one POST request for the names, and another one for the comments.
