confirmed - definitely an oversight, only seems to be an issue in zero-g as firing myself out of a mass driver while mid-construction interrupts it 

I believe this was fixed in #21541

this is 100% an issue with #21266 currently not merged so I wouldn't be able to tell what the problem is as of now :p
