ECONNRESET and ERR_PING_TIMED_OUT

Hi, I have an issue with mys smart plug, I can't connect to him. To explain at the beginning my homebridge just don't connect to my device, so I have to try to add an IP adress in the config to do this I have set a static IP address (192.168.0.243) to my device and I have set the same IP in the config on homebridge and I have retry. After that homebridge say he had success connect to my device but a few second after that he said for the first time "The socket had a problem and will reconnect to "my device" " with the error ECONNRESET (see the screen) after he said "closed connection with "my device" " And he said for the second time "The socket had a problem and will reconnect to "my device" " but the error is now ERR_PING_TIMED_OUT (see the screen).

So with it, I have to think the computer where is the homebridge can't ping my device, so I have to try my self to ping the device using "ping 192.168.0.243" and that work the ping is some time very big, but he never lost (see the screen). So now I think your ping "limit" (I don't really think how to say that) is too low for my device.

After retrying to ping my device the ping was perfect, but the co nnection don't work.
