upd: after building from last master ipsec now works but has performance issues

 that is going on when ipsec is enabled and we are trying to connect from mikrotik over l2tpv3

BTW can you add option 33 and 252 accepting from server's dhcp ? 33 - pushes routes 252 - proxy settings

im not sure but try to disable ipsec(l2tpv2 and v3 over ipsec)
