A way for NMOS to tell the node what resources to advertise

Currently for audio we have to pre-program the audio configuration separately to NMOS. Realistically, we don't want to advertise the worst case number of resources (64 mono flows), so it would be useful for the system to be able to tell a node what audio configuration to advertise.
