Question about versions.

Hello.

I need to inform which versions of IS-05 and IS-04 an implementation support.

If an application already implements 1.3.0, could it be considered that it also supports versions 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 (as far as I understand these versions only contain changes in the documentation and editorial but not in the specification itself)?

The same question would be for IS-05, if an application already implements 1.1.0, could it be considered that it also supports version 1.1.1 and 1.1.2?
