refinement issues in reacting_bubble

Running reacting_bubble using inputs_2d, after 300 steps there is a clear temperature feature at the refinement boundaries:

this issue exists at least as far back as 19.01

I'm looking at this some more. It is not related to reactions -- disabling reactions seems to make no effect. Change to grav_source_type = 4 does help in general, so this seems to be related to the sources at the refinement jump.
