Several examples in the mhd category triggers not implemented error

The following examples in the mhd category (Castro v22.05)

  • BrioWu
  • DaiwoodWard
  • FastRarefaction
  • OrszagTang
  • RT

triggers an not implemented error when setting a none zero value to amr.max_level. The error messages from log generally looks like this:

amrex::Abort::6::The version of this Interpolater for face-based data is not implemented or does not apply. Call 'interp' instead.
