Good news. I find out which bug caused. It's caused by latest version of Chrome, which change the API "webRequest" and the policy.  And I still work on this.
Yes. Below version 76. I think it's work again.

Beta is pre-release version. Improved and fixed some bugs. So I guess it maybe solved your problem. And don't worry. It's still not collect any private data to me.
