i did try to run install.cmd ad setup.cmd on administrator but nothing seem to work

Did you make sure the symbols are good? Also I have seen so many different issues with that build that just seeing that number in any kind of post worries me… don’t be surprised if it’s some glitch that will be fixed in an update.
