Win8-style caption buttons width incorrect when CaptionButtons=3
When using the Aero11 Metro (8.1) theme with the registry value CaptionButtons set to 3, the caption buttons adopt the Win8 visual style, but their width is incorrect. They appear wider or narrower than expected.
Steps to Reproduce:
Apply the OpenGlass Aero11 Metro (8.1) theme.
Set the registry value:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM\CaptionButtons = 3
Open any window with caption buttons.
Observe that the width of the caption buttons does not match the expected Win8 style.
