Scheduled Notifications

Problem

I need a way to get notified daily for meetings that I have regularly - this is like stand-ups, all hands, etc.

Bonus

If I can have an easy interface to configuring ONLY upcoming meetings as well that would be great - however I'm not looking to "sync" my notifications to a calendar or anything like that yet so this may be out of scope.
