ble-pasv-mqtt-gw.js - Add other measures of XIAOMI MIFLORA #89

I've added illuminance, moisture and soil handling for Xiaomi Mi Flora and also fixed the temperature sign problem in all Xiaomi packets.

Additionally I've added mqtt_src to the CONFIG variable, which adds the value to each mqtt message (like the RSSI field). This is helpful to identify which Shelly received the data update.

@Mircho Which manifest file do you mean? The file is already included in the files SHELLY_MJS.md and examples-manifest.json as it is just an update of an existing script.
