[Documentation] Mods and mod compatibilities?

I was looking for a tool to help in regards to mods. Some mods are abandoned and installing them can be a bit annoying / problematic, so I was hoping PI may be of help here.

There is a lack of documentation though. Could you perhaps consider adding a few paragraphs about mods and mod installations in particular? I ran into issues without PI before where some mods had to be installed in the right order, and other mods needed tweaking. I'd love to use some handy tool to simplify this. I was using ruby from the commandline, which is fine on linux, but on windows it is not so great, so I was hoping for a GUI.
