random "internal server error" when creating a new instance

Sometimes (again, seems a total random event to me, as I am creating a series of very similar instances and it happens only sometimes, e.g. in one of ten cases) after confirming the "Create New Instance dialog" I get "error while post request: Internal Server Error" after about 7 seconds of waiting. The instance is created correctly though, so it is not a critical issue. In the ontowiki.log, this error seems to be related to this:

can you disable the pingback extension and test again please?

Pingback extension is deactivated per default for now. But it should not fail, but produce a warning, if no internet connection is available.
