"Please wait" message needed for time consuming operations

Some tasks, like uploading a lot of data to a knowledge base, or massive rollbacks, can be quite time consuming to complete for the server.

OntoWiki does not return ay data to the client before the task is completed.

This may lead to frustrating situations, including, but not limited to:

• Server timeouts
  • The web server will give up serving the request and trigger some timeout (see issue #175)
• Impatient users will retry the request
  • This may or may not lead to data corruption

A "Please wait" message for time consuming tasks would improve the situation.
