Section	Description
Concise Description	I would like to add a progress bar to the scroll to top button to better identify position of the webpage for the user
Solution Proposed	Editing the css and maybe html code for the Scroll To Top Button
Alternative Solutions	I would keep the design color of the button i would just add the circular value
