Feature request: Show gas price / estimated fees. Allow changing

Akasha fires a lot of transactions in the background, however it does not tell the user the current gas price it uses (which could be fine tuned by advanced users to lower fees), nor the estimated gas (i.e. estimated fees). There imho are quire important, at least in the current state of Ethereum where things can go funky when the network's overloaded.
