We need links to distinct posts and parts of posts

One feature that's really needed but absent in the current iteration is the ability to find or generate a link to uniquely specific content, such as comments, versions, or headings within a post.

Also worth mentioning is that even if we had this ability, we would currently be dependent on a web browser to open these links as I note in #253 .
