Karma/Tags issue

AKASHA version: 0.7.2

Operating System: ubuntu 18.04

Expected behaviour

Should be able to create tags with my karma-level

Actual behaviour

Does not allow me to create tags

Steps to reproduce the problem

unfortunately I do not know how to reliably reproduce - was already able to create tags - not sure why I am not able anymore

FYI: after a ctrl+R I could create the tags

This is just an observation/theory, but when I generally have trouble after, say, waking up my computer and try to use Akasha, I attribute that to either updating of the blockchain or IPFS still looking for peers. It seems to me that Akasha should give some feedback on the status of this process if that is the case, especially when attempting to do something that might require its completion (posting, voting, tag-creation). Also, while c-r seems to do the trick typically, sometimes I'm not sure that it has and have to log out and back in to see the most recent posts and votes.
