UX: only prompt for password when needed

Expected behaviour

The password should just be asked for when needed

Actual behaviour

The password is required on every start

So the password is there in case of someone else is using your computer and you don't want him to view your local stuff like bookmarked entries, etc...

I'm curious of some other's feedback on this

Is this data encrypted?

We're using hash history, that's why we cant resume between sessions.
