Some fonts and icons are loaded from 3rd-party domains instead of a local IPFS node

Expected behaviour

All non-static dapp resources (images, fonts, etc.) should be loaded from a local IPFS node.

Actual behaviour

There is one font file which is loaded from https://at.alicdn.com/ and many SVG icons which are loaded from https://ipfs.io/. This makes it possible to make the dapp quite unusable or affect its appearance by blocking those domains.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Start Akasha (with NODE_ENV='development' akasha to see the devtools), load any page, and see what's inside "Network" tab of the devtools.
