CTRL+K should create a link for highlighted text and they should format automatically

System information

AKASHA version: 0.6.1

Operating System: Ubuntu 17.10

Expected behaviour

Links such as https://akasha.world should be formatted as URLs automatically, and if you highlight text and press CTRL+K it should have a popup window asking you to put the URL.

Actual behaviour

URLs are just plain text. CTRL+K on highlighted text deletes the text, but CTRL+Z undoes it.
