Window issues
System information
AKASHA version: 0.6.1
Operating System: Ubuntu 17.10
Expected behaviour
It should be fairly obvious from reading the actual behaviour.
Actual behaviour
When I toggled full screen, the window froze. There is no maximise button for the window. I closed the dapp and reopened it, it opened the window taking up the smaller monitor, as well as part of the big one, then changed while typing this to take up just the smaller window. But that's only because I selected the browser window in the big screen, after clicking the dapp it again took up part of the small window. I can't seem to move the window either.
I am also having window issues in Linux Mint 18.3 with Akasha v0.7.2. Using Akasha on a laptop with an external monitor via HDMI. At first, Akasha only showed up on my laptop screen. Right click > show on other monitor did not move the app to my external monitor. I dragged the app from the laptop screen to the monitor and tried to enlarge. The resize button disappeared and now the Akasha app is taking up more space than my monitor allows. (As the screenshot shows, Akasha gets cut off where my task bar begins.)
