[Feature request] Option to automatically add Autostate rules activated by "'NameExtension' on/off" or similar

This is particularly useful with a lot of extensions because adding a rule for every single extension would require a lot of time.

@AInoob It could be easier to implement it myself if there was a blank space where insert and edit rules as simple text (as in uBlock Origin).
