Black screen when tracking is enabled

When click on the "Start Tracking" button, a black screen is displayed instead of the video. Other apps like Skype or Discord are working fine. They show a picture from the camera. I took not the coolest camera, model: 4TECH PK-910H, 1080P, 30FPS. Is this camera compatible with the app?

Can confirm also get this at random, sometimes have to reboot un replug the camera for it to work
