Latency on webcam AItrack

So im having a issue with latency on my AItrack my webcam does not seem to have latency when its showing on discord but it is when using AItrack

im using a "Mifor 2k WEBCAM 2560x1440p"

i've tried troubleshooting within the software and looking for solutions online but couldnt find it

i dont think it could be my PC its rather beefy and my task manager says it isnt struggeling with processing power

consider down webcam resolution？compute load will up with input data up,it will increase latency
