Start with windows and Minimize to tray on start options

Would it be possible to add two options to star the application on startup ad well as minimize to tray on start?

BTW, this is an amazing application.. Congrats to the devs who worked on this, excellent alternative to the more expensive stuff especially if you have a decent webcam around collecting dust!
