C extension issue with Pyradiomics

I have an anaconda environment with python 3.7.10. I installed pyradiomics and I ran into this issue : image(5)

I expected the tool to work but it looks like there are dependency issues?

Here is my setup:

  • OS: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
  • Python version: 3.7.10
  • PyRadiomics version: 3.1.0

Is there a workaround in python to solve this issue ? Would it be better to install the package through the github method ?

I have the exact same error as well. I also tried GitHub method but it doesn't work
