I had the same issue... but pretty sure you just run the openvoice_app.py script. That said, I could be wrong as it's not mentioned explicitly in the documentation anywhere.

Thanks for responding. After uninstalling and reinstalling langid via 'pip install langid', it now seems to be importable, however, openvoice_app.py still throws the same error. See below. Any addt'l help...
