I am not good in English and so I want to know that what is this tool Actually used for? I want to contribute. If this is being build for "Talking" with ChatGPT. Please hop me in. I am a Beginner on Github and Python and want to expand my Skills. Please let me know.

So here i will give you a breif on what seems to be the scope of this project , This is a repository aimed to make "Understanding and Generating Speech, Music, Sound, and Talking Head " possible as in using several other tech and merging all of it and making a masterpiece AI model which can do a combination of a lot of things , Upon Scrolling more on the readme section you will be able to see all the OTHER SMALLER MODELS used to make one function of this model possible for eg : All of these Foundation models are combined and it made one particular function ....

Thank you very much @asdfghjA1 for spending quality time giving some useful insight and scope about AudioGPT, I suggest they add youtube video tutorials for young developers to have a deep knowledge of what tools they are about to use and the benefits related to it.
