pad doesn't provide any metrics

I've deployed the container into the k8s cluster. In the logs of the pod I see that trainings run successfully. However, I can't get any metrics from the pod. After connecting to the pod directly I've identified that pod is not listening on port 8080 and thus refuses all connections to it. I've tried to deploy it locally on my laptop and getting the same result. Can't connect to the pod on port 8080 to get any metrics.
