Add menu bar?

I feel like the GUI is missing a menu bar. Looks rather strange without it. Does not need to have lots of features. Perhaps being able to close the software and open an about page is sufficient. If we were to add the possibility to adjust settings, it would feel very natural to do is from the menu bar.
