SB3 Tutorial - the Resultant Actions are 100 and MOSTLY 0.

Hi everyone,

When I ran the code of SB3 tutorial, the resultant actions were only 100 and 0 (mostly 0 with only 100 on the first 2 days). I believed there was an issue as if 100 meant buying 100 shares, how come there was no selling? Furthermore, most of the actions were 0, so I thought the training was not working...

Please help!
