64-bit Not Opening

Hello, I really like the video and functions of your application maskedkitty. One issue, the app doesn’t open! It gives me an error code 0xc000007b. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I tried the 32-bit app and it opens fine, but I need the 64-bit to work. I am 100% sure my computer is 64-bit. Could you please help me out? I am not skilled in C++, so you’ll have to guide me through the steps.
