I think this task is too abstract and outdated.
Should be fixed in Beta 1.6.0 (it's building now)

https://github.com/defold/extension-lmprof - lmprof which works in Defold. I would not recommend using it for CPU profiling, but memory going to be useful.
Current tool gives an ability to check where exactly memory allocated, but it would be nice to have a tool which makes it possible to see memory leeks and analyze...
