MessageBox遮罩层引发Combobox控件的SelectionChanged事件的多次触发

当页面中有Combobox控件时，MessageBox弹出时，会触发Combobox控件的SelectionChanged事件；当MessageBox关闭时也会触发SelectionChanged事件

建议个人根据实际情况做修改，我也发现，会和某些控件冲突，一时找不到好的解决方法

嗯嗯，我改用Adorner做遮罩蒙板正常了
