Localization bug when default locale displayed after refresh

Refreshing the tab does not bring the default locale back.

For example:

1. Open the plugin in English (and save as a preferred default language if needed)
2. Set language to Arabic but not as preferred language
3. Refresh the page to bring back the default language

➡️ Now the UI is Left To Right but the language is Arabic instead of English (see below)
