Archive url are not processed

Url from perma.cc are not recognize and thus are not process from contextal-menu and plugin tools.

Tools give the error message:

Please give a correct link

When using contextual menu, selected tool has no effect. Then after this failing action, contextual menu selection is broken. Only plugin refresh make the contextual menu working again.

Make the reverse search available for archive web site confirmed invalid:

This behavior is normal as the archive content in perma.cc is only available in the same session. What is not normal is the contextual menu that fails. Maybe add add an exception in domain name to not show the contextual menu for perma.cc or any archive site that is using replay.web
