Add libdesyscall

TODO:

  • patch malloc to use jemalloc instead of the glibc malloc
  • stub the filesystem syscalls (look at https://github.com/marekzmyslowski/libfiowrapper)
  • handle mremap
  • stub locks API with no-ops when doing single-thread fuzzing
