I haven't looked at much yet, but MTGOWiki has an API located here.

I'll look at other options too.

Oh boy, I didn't realize how much it costs. I'll do some more research on other apis.

The other option is to require users to purchase and provide their own API keys, but I doubt many people would if we build that in.
