Tunernome: More instruments, instrument tunings

Adding string instruments is relatively easy with tunernome, now that it supports both even and odd numbers of strings, and draws note names programmatically.

Adding different tunings for the same instrument using Select or Left/Right would be a good feature too, though more complex to add
