Explorer doesn't restart after launching SCT

The explorer doesn't restart after launching SCT. I'm left with a blank screen, I have to start explorer from taskmgr This happens both when it's being started at start-up and when done manually

Surface Pro 7+, Windows 11. Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000 SCT 1.6.0 rev3
