[BUG] explorer toolbar won't go away

Describe the bug so i uninstalled sct but the included explorer toolbar won't go away

Reproduction i installed then uninstalled sct

Expected behavior the toolbar should go away after uninstall

Environment:

  • OS: Win10 ver 21H2
  • SCT Version 1.6.0

Can confirm: the uninstaller does not seem to properly remove Open-Shell from the system. You can uninstall open-shell from the programs and features menu.
